Please send your available date(s) and times in order of preference, and indicate if you wish to receive private Yoga instruction, health coaching, or writing tutoring. You will receive confirmation of your appointment on the same or next business day.

Pricing
Please bring payment (cash or check) to your appointment. If we are meeting remotely, you will receive an invoice following our session. |
Location
First Meeting
If we plan to work together in person, we will meet at a public location for a complimentary half-hour consultation to discuss your goals and interests.
Private Yoga Instruction
Located just blocks from the lake in downtown Sheboygan, my cozy, second-story home yoga studio features hardwood floors, natural light, and a private outdoor deck, making it the perfect space for one-on-one instruction.
Health Coaching
I offer individual health coaching through face-to-face meetings in my home as well as remotely using the free service, Google Chat.
Writing Tutoring
I offer individual writing tutoring through face-to-face meetings in my home as well as remotely using the free service, Google Chat.
